EUREKA ROBOT – REAL-TIME SIMULATION WITH MILLIONS OF MOVEMENTS:
Eureka has been leading the robot milling applications arena for many years.
Eureka makes it possible to create models and artistic objects combining the flexibility of a 6 axes industrial robot with the reliable technology of a CNC machining center.
Eureka converts APT or ISO code generated by a CAM system into a program for a 6 or more axes robot cell using a dedicated postprocessing module. During the conversion process Eureka calculates the optimal movements of the robots and of the external axes simulating all aspects of the machining.
The software detects problems like singularities, collisions, out of limits and it offers powerful, easy to use tools to overcome them. Collisions are computed taking into account all the parts including the machined stock. The 64 bit version allows very fast processing of files of unlimited size.

Thanks to EurekaMobile any simulation made by Eureka Virtual Machining can be reviewed and analyzed anywhere on any mobile device.
Machine tool operators can now review the NC program simulation on their own mobile devices enabling an optimal machine setup. Potential critical issues flagged by the technical office can also be easily identified.
In addition to the 3D simulation of the machine movements, EurekaMobile provides a detailed analysis of any messages, warning and/or errors generated during the simulation. In case of collision, the colliding parts are highlightted in 3D to easily identify the issue.
The executed NC code, the used tool, the feed rate and other useful information are displayed as well during the simulation.
EUREKACLOUD – AUTOMATIC SIMULATION SERVICE:
EurekaCloud is a simulation service which allows a complete automation of the design-to-production workflow. Any CAD/CAM operator can simply export simulation data on a shared folder automatically monitored by EurekaCloud. EurekaCloud will simulate automatically the new data and will send back results by email. If a simulation is perfomed with success, the NC program can be sent directly to the CNC machine. If errors occur, EurekaCloud will send a feedback including a report with useful information and the evdf simulation file to be reviewed on any mobile device through EurekaMobile. Everywhere and at any time it is possible, using a Web browser, to check the status of the pending and ongoing simulations and the history of the previous simulations. EurekaCloud is highly customizable and can be easily interfaced with CRM and PLM systems.
